Pruvia Integrated Limited (PIL) is on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Estate Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Lagos.
If you’re someone who understands property management inside and out — from overseeing maintenance and security to leading a reliable team — this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Take full ownership of property management to ensure every asset is safe, secure, and well-maintained.

Lead and coordinate a team of dedicated staff, including security and maintenance personnel.

Handle sales operations, client relationships, and ensure seamless estate administration.
What We’re Looking For:

A BSc or HND in Estate Management or any closely related field.

3 to 4 years of solid experience in a similar role — you’ve been in the trenches and know how to manage estates effectively.

Proven leadership skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities with confidence.
