About the Role

As our Business Development and Sales Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy in Nigeria. You’ll lead sales operations, craft strategic plans, mentor your team, and drive revenue by identifying opportunities in new and existing markets. If you’re a results-driven leader who thrives on challenge and innovation, we’d love to meet you.


What You’ll Do

  • Discover and explore new markets, trends, customer needs, and partnership opportunities.

  • Set ambitious (yet realistic) sales goals and develop smart strategies to achieve them.

  • Analyze performance, understand market changes, and adjust plans to stay ahead.

  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with customers by deeply understanding their needs.

  • Pitch products and solutions effectively — from initial demo to handling objections and closing deals.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, finance, operations, and even OEMs to deliver seamless service.

  • Lead high-level negotiations and ensure top-notch customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Represent the company at events, conferences, and trade shows to drive brand visibility.

  • Keep up with industry trends and translate insights into strategic actions.

  • Report key performance metrics to senior leadership and contribute to company-wide decisions.


What You Bring

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).

  • 6–7 years’ experience in sales, preferably in the SAAS/tech space.

  • Deep understanding of SAAS models, the Nigerian market, and evolving customer behaviors.

  • Great communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
